Wholesale pricing is a B2B feature that offers discounted prices to registered wholesale customers who purchase in bulk. Prices are tiered based on quantity — the more you order, the lower the price per unit.
You can apply for a wholesale account by visiting the wholesale registration page and submitting your business details. Once approved by an admin, you will be assigned to a customer group with access to wholesale pricing.
MOQ is the smallest quantity of a product you can order. Some products require a minimum order of 10, 25, or more units. Quantity increments may also apply — for example, you may need to order in multiples of 5.
Discounts are based on your customer group and the quantity ordered. There are three discount types: percentage off (e.g., 10% off), fixed amount off (e.g., $5 off per unit), or a fixed wholesale price. The best discount is automatically applied.
By default, wholesale prices are only visible to approved wholesale customers. However, the store may enable guest access which shows prices using a default customer group. Contact the store for more information.
